goldenrootcomplex.net is a registered domain name belonging to Black Cat Marketing Ltd.

Customer Information
All customer information is stored on our database in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998.

Delivery
Your order will usually be dispatched to you within 48 hours (Monday to Friday) from our own warehouse facility. Where goods are shipped directly from our suppliers, the company in question may supply their own delivery note & invoice. However this is not our preferred practice and we always try to sell from stock so you get your goods quicker.

VAT
We are not currently VAT registered and so you will not be charged VAT on your purchase.

Other duties & taxes
All other local taxes, duties and customs charges remain the responsibility of the customer.

Payment
All payments made online are processed through secure PayPal checkout. You do not need to have a PayPal account in order to pay for your goods. Credit Card payments can be made by clicking 'If you do not currently have a PayPal account'. If your payment is authorised, your card will be debited immediately. All goods must be paid for online by credit or debit card or paypal, at the time of ordering. In the event of a payment being dishonoured for any reason after dispatch of an order, Black Cat Marketing Ltd reserve the right to charge interest on the outstanding amount at 5% above the prevailing base rate of Barclays bank. Your transaction will be shown on your bank statement as payable to Black Cat Marketing Ltd.

Fraud
We take online fraud very seriously. All orders paid for online undergo an AVS and CV2 check. This tells us if the name and address provided by a customer matches the details registered to the credit/debit card being used. If your name and address do not match your credit/debit card, we may contact you to request further evidence of your identity before shipping your order. You may be asked to fax, or email as an attachment, a recent utility bill, credit card statement, bank statement, driving licence or similar document.
